Accessibility was a priority on the 2021 roadmap. The documentation effort needed to align with other teams and support the information security team’s FedRAMP project.
What I did
Aligned the scope
I defined the documentation scope and coordinated it with work underway in other teams.
Contributed to authoring guidelines
I helped develop internal guidelines for creating and reviewing accessible web content.
Engaged documentation teams
I advocated for the work and involved other documentation teams in the effort.
The outcome
Accessible-content guidelines for authors and reviewers, together with a remediation plan for assessing Cloud documentation.
